To setup your email account on a client such as Outlook you will need to use the mail settings below:
For IMAP
Account type: IMAP
Incoming mail server: cloud844.thundercloud.uk
You can also use mail.yourdomain.com for your SSL incoming server but you must make sure there is an active SSL in place for that.
SSL Incoming mail server: cloud844.thundercloud.uk

Non SSL Port: 143 (NOT RECCOMENDED)
SSL Port: 993
Username: Full email account
Password: Email account password
For POP3

Port: 25 (you can try port 25025 if you have issues sending)

Please make sure you enable outbound authentication if using Outlook. This will use the same credentials as your incoming server.
